Over the past 30 years, I’ve worked across multiple industries, from wholesale distribution and logistics to manufacturing and service businesses, leading teams, building systems, and solving problems. My focus has always been the same: simplify the complex, create structure where there isn’t any, and help people do their best work.

Whether I’m serving as a full-time Director of Operations or stepping in as a Fractional COO, I bring a calm, methodical style to untangling operational challenges. I’ve led everything from facility expansions and ERP implementations to inventory overhauls and process improvement initiatives. I’ve also worked closely with business owners to prepare for growth, leadership transitions, and exit strategies.

In addition to my operations background, I hold professional certifications in Project Management and Digital Marketing. That combination has allowed me to support businesses not just with back-end systems, but also with front-end strategy, improving how they market, sell, and scale. I apply those skills through my content and media company, Whisker Lane Media, where I develop online brands with an eye toward automation and audience engagement.
